MG-TD

Replacing the MG-TC, production of the MG-TD began in late 1949, and continued until 1953. Both right-hand and left-hand drive models were made.

The TD was a large improvement over the first three T-types, with a new, larger chassis and independent coil suspension.

The higher compression four-cylinder engine displaced 1250cc and produced 54 horsepower. Total MG-TD production was 29,664 units.
